REGULAR SHIPPING OPTION
Our total time for delivery is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 2 to 6 business days for in-stock items and 1 to 2 weeks, sometimes longer, for Items that are not in stock, are on Back Order, or for special order parts. Our Goal is to process all orders and Ship them the same day they arrive.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders CANNOT be modified or cancelled after order processing has started, which many times can occur minutes after order is placed. Any order changes, modifications or adjustments will incur an additional $6.00 processing fee and may necessitate additional shipping charges.
SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES
We have low flat rate shipping prices for all orders under 15 lbs. For all orders over 15 lbs, oversize items (like tractor fenders and hoods, mower decks, structural parts, etc. we may contact you before finalizing the order to quote you the additional shipping charges that are incurred.
Our Shipping Charges start at $ 14.95. Some orders to NL, NT, NU & YT qualify for Flat Rate Shipping. Otherwise, all NL, NT, NU & YT orders and all orders over 15 lbs. will be charged additional shipping to cover actual shipping costs. We will contact you for approval on these orders. This includes shipment of oversize items such as Hoods, Fenders, Mower Decks, etc. to ANY address.

Any shipments that are refused at time of shipping carrier delivery attempt will have restocking fees, outbound freight and return freight charges deducted in full from any credit issued.

Want to know where your order is?
To find the status of your order, check the confirmation email or view your invoice for the tracking number and which courier was used. Please note that some orders may not be available for tracking through the website due to the method of shipping, weight of item and/or price of order. As always you can Contact Us and we will try and assist you with your order.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information and order processing information to be available AFTER you have received your confirmation e-mail that your order has been shipped. Orders could possibly be shipped from multiple locations.

Upgrading to Express Delivery does not change how long it takes us to ship products. It only reduces the travel time after leaving our warehouse. For example: an out of stock part might take two or more days to leave our warehouse, but then would be guaranteed (by Shipper) to arrive in two business days

TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
Items too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck. Please call us for a freight quote. The usual shipping charge for freight service runs between $50 and $100 dollars. Include your daytime phone number on the order form so the carrier can schedule merchandise delivery to be made when you will have unloading help on hand. Always better if you can arrange drop off at a commercial location. (Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.) PARTS HOUSE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH FREIGHT EXPENSE.
Most parts are in stock or available in 1-2 business days. Some parts, special order parts, may take longer. We have set up very efficient suppliers and if your local dealer says it is not available for a extended period, check with us. Usually we can get parts faster because of our huge buying power!
Special Order parts that are not in Stock can take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to get in. Because it is a Special Order, your credit card will be charged at the time of the order.
These are PartsHouse.ca's Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from PartsHouse.ca
- - NO Returns after 15 days of shipment receipt
- - All eligible returns require a return authorization number (RMA#). Please email our Parts Department to obtain this number.
- - Returns will be processed within 7-15 business days and a credit less restocking fees will be issued.
- - Shipping charges are not refundable.
BE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT PART NUMBERS IDENTIFIED BEFORE YOU FINALIZE YOUR ORDER. If you have questions, please contact us for assistance. Mis-ordered parts may be eligible for return with a restocking fee only if they are unused, in the original packaging, have not been installed and are not listed in the final sale categories below.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and returned items may be subject to a restocking charge of 15% to 25% depending on the return policy of the parts manufacturer. Please contact us with any questions regarding return eligibility prior to placing the order.
ALL PARTS returned WITHOUT prior authorization and RMA # become the sole property of Partshouse.ca and Arn’s Equipment Ltd. and may be discarded.
The sale of some items will be final and they will not be eligible for return or exchange. These include but are not limited to: Any electrical parts (solenoids, switches, starter motors, PTO clutches, batteries, wiring), Fuel system parts (carburetors, fuel filters, fuel pumps, fuel injectors) service manuals, tools, special order non stock items, gaskets, engines, short blocks, mower decks, parts that have been installed, used parts and specific accessories.
PartsHouse.ca believes customer service is the most important part of the sale. PartsHouse.ca strives to provide the best quality products, however from time to time a product might not perform to manufacturers specifications.
Any warranties against defect or failure are provided strictly through the manufacturer. If an item fails and the failure is covered by the replacement parts warranty of the manufacturer, Partshouse.ca and Arn’s Equipment Ltd. will file a warranty claim on behalf of the customer with the manufacturer. Please contact us for specific instructions.
If your part is eligible for a warranty claim, our customer service staff will get information from you to process your claim and will provide instructions for you as well as a Warranty Authorized Return number to be able to return the defective part.
